Default Stuck in the middle...advice please?

I am in the market for a new rig however, I feel like I am floating in space right now. Time to move up from a single engine (Nordic 28' Heat with 496HO) to a twin engine boat however, where I need to be seems non-existent. My requirements;
- I have a budget of $125k
- While I would LOVE a cat, wife will never go for with kids, etc. so V bottom
- I would like to stay in the 32-33' range. I boat primarily on a large lake however, we sign up for as many Poker Runs we can drive to. Boat will be launched when used as lake level fluctuates so I can not put on a lift.
- Would like HP500's however, 496HO has been a quality engine for me.
- Top end - low 80's is fine (dying to get out of the 70's).
- Hot graphics. I love the lime greens and oranges on a boat (someday I will have my Nor-Tech). Nothing bland like a Donzi...
- No glass windshields....
- 2000+ model is optimal.

That should cover it. The Sunsation Dominator 32' is an option however, that seems about it. It is like you go from $70-$80k range right to $150k+. Any suggestions/recommmendations will be greatly appreciated.

I was looking for a dominator also, then I found my power play 33. I would strongly consider the sunsation. I've heard only good things about sunsations. I would love to move up to their new 42 someday.

I don't see the problem with those requirements. Look at boats that aren't "fast" enough that you can get for under 100k. Spend the extra money for the extra speed. You can pick up 353 Formulas AND make it go that fast in that price range.

It's not 32', but my boat meets some of your requirements. Loaded 2002 31 Sonic Asking 119k for it.

There are more details and pictures on my website:

You seem to be hesitating on the Sunsation... Why? They are KILLER boats.

One of best friends has a 288 Sunsation and it is a great boat. Sunsation is definitely an option for me....just wanted to see if I was missing something

The 32 Sunsation is a small 32' boat compared to other boats in the 31' - 32' range. Very nice boats and fast, just not as big as others.

A friend has a 32 Sunsation with 500 EFI's and another friend had a 31 Sonic with 525 SC's. The sunsation was faster in the flat water, the Sonic was faster in the rough. (They ran each other quite a few times)

It all depends on what you are looking for. What is important to you and in what order? Speed, ride, amenities, cockpit room, cabin room, etc.
