I know what your saying about the heat and the suits but I`ll take hot and sweaty over hot sweaty and itchy any day.
When I start on a glass project I usually order a couple of cases of suits from McMaster Carr Supply Co. I really don`t want to run out in the middle of a project.
Keep up the good work, can`t wait to see it.

Project looks great so far, can't wait to see the final product. I am actually doing the same to my MTI alll new interior, repainting bilge and every thing in it along with some new power. Which by the way, did you really say 170 hrs on 1050's because I got no where near that. I may need to see the Chief

I did, you do and I am rebuilding because I overheated a motor. I sucked up some weeds that got through the strainer and burned a piston. I ran these motors very hard and they make great power. Give Tommy a call. Nicest guy in the world! He gurantee's 1600 hp on 87 octane with a 4 year warranty! :eek: Wait that's a different builder. :rolleyes: Just kidding. NK

Best to give him a call. He is very honest and straight forward. My group has 6 950's and 2 675's running in heavy v bottoms and all have over 150 hours already. All the others are running excellant and the leakdowns are under 10%. The 675's are race motors in a topgun that he does poker runs too. The other 4 are a top gun and an apache. Can't say enough about the guy and his family. Good luck NK :D
