Heading South
 

It took all winter, but we are finally heading south. I don't know how much play time we will have on this trip, but at least it won't be snowing! We are leaving home on Tuesday or Wednesday and heading to Lauderdale to drop the boat off at Martin Offshore on Thursday or Friday to get everything ready for summer. From there we will be heading to Bradenton to drop off the trailer at Myco to have a few odds and ends done. The trailer will be at Myco for a week, so we are heading to Orlando from there to take Tres' driving school. After the class, we will have a few days to kill before the boat and trailer are ready to go. Then we will go back to Bradenton, then to Lauderdale and then head for home.

I would love to stay down for the FPC Key Largo run, but that may be pushing it. It looks like I am going to be gone for 10 days or so and adding another 5-7 days to that might be tough. I am working on it though. It is an extreme long shot, but it may be possible. We'll see.

So you Florida guys get ready. We will be there at the end of next week! I can't wait to get away from the cold weather and this stuff......

Haven't seen you in a while-hope you have a great trip! Are you going to make it to any of the OPA races this year? I'm sure they could use another "patrol" boat on the course...Can't wait to see your Apache!

We were just in OCMD for the boat show weekend, dammed windy and cold! Surprised at how much of the boardwalk was open and how many people were there. The dammed Thrashers fries stand had a line a mile long, the wind blowing, freezing temps and they still had a line a block long! A few beers on the Ft. Lauderdale strips sounds REAL good!

Hey Will have a good trip down south. I tried to call you a few weeks ago but you never called me back. Look for forward to staying in your hotel on April!!!!
