East Coast Poker Runs
Does anyone have a good resource that will outline where the prominent Poker Runs are on the east coast? My wife and I are new to the scene and are now hooked since our first Poker Run event this past summer. We are in Richmond, VA and anything within a 6 hour drive we would be interested in.
This site is such a great network of people who share the same interests and I would love to know the runs everyone participates in on the east coast.
Looking forward to your responses....

Re: East Coast Poker Runs
I am assuming by your first poker run you mean the poker run held by RPBA in July? Thats a great run. There is one on Smith Mt. Lake held in May that really starts the season off in our area. There are 2-3/year also on the potomac River. There are also quite a few held all over the bay, some are normal poker runs others are for charity. Check out cbpba.com for more info on those runs.

Located in NJ and have several Poker Runs and a few extra events planned for this season called "Fun Runs" Not that the other events aren't fun, it just means there will be certain weekends where everyone will just meet up and take a boat ride to somewhere and all have lunch or something together...
I'm looking forward to another great season with this group!

In Sept, make sure you do the CBPBA.com poker run at the Hyatt in Cambridge. Golf on Friday, Poker Run on Sat and OPA race on Sunday. What a great weekend.

Re: East Coast Poker Runs
These sound great guys, thanks. Are the NY/NJ runs suited for a 28' single engine? I have a Nordic which handles pretty well however, with any luck, I will have something a bit bigger by summer
