Welcome to our "mad mad world" of OSO.

What everybody else says.

Help, support, or good natured joking around is only a keyboard away.

99% of the "bashing" is good natured fun between friends, like Audiofn and Too Old.

A few other things to remember:

Cuda HATES biminis.

Too Old is afraid of water and takes "dry" showers.

Audiofn has rebuilt his boat so drastically, it is rumored he "democularized" the fiberglass molecules on his boat.

The "Chicks and Boats" thread is like Seinfeld, a thread about nothing. It's contageous.

When "OSO" goes down for any reason, thousands of people start getting the cold sweats.

Welcome.....

Welcome, Dood!
Have fun here, and dress for success.

Pay no attention to Masher-- he's off his meds.

Welcome to the board - there is nothing but good, light-hearted fun to be had here!

Please use "spell check" before you post so we can read it - Puder has special dispensation in this area!

Oh and if you own an Enzo, good for you... and keep it to yourself!!!

I heard on the other sites that this board has a lot of negetivity and people who bash others.

What are the generally feelings here? I would like to know before i pay for a membership. LOL

I would appreciate any info...

I am glad to give this trial a shot, I boat out of st clair michigan, actually port huron most of the time, any other members from that area?

I hope this is a great place to spend the of season, I am new to this whole internet boat sites....seems real neat!
Ok. Nobody who says "seems real neat" is for real.

But this site is great. Do a few searches and see how people actually treat each other. A little challenging sometimes, but very rewarding group of people here. These people would give you a part off of their own ride to help another member, then they would show up and install it.

There are a couple extreme jerks on this site (like everywhere). Just ignore them.

See you on Lake Erie sometime.
Welcome to OSO.

Hi and welcome to OSO. Only morons, thieves and pimps talk about the negativity as it relates to this board.
Lots of good technical information is available here, and even though there have been some unscrupulous characters here from time to time, the rest of the members will be happy to let you know who can be trusted.
Waterfoul has been known to be a post-hoe, so just be aware of his posts, especially if they only contain one word each.
ExpressCat39 has some really cool hardware, so you need to look for his posts for the pictures he usually includes.
Hang around, get to know everyone, and go to some of the parties. And ask lots of questions. We love questions.
And be sure to post lots of pictures of your boat, wife/girlfriend, house, dogs/cats, lawn mower, dirt bike, race car,,,,,,,,,,we love pictures too.
