Boating on the Jersey Shore is rough. Calm boating for us is 2-4s. Here's a few pics from Point Pleasant. After being in my bros old 30' Scarab (he now has an 36' Apache), the low free board was not fun sometimes.

I know fountain, by a beak. But ask any of the guys who raced that day to see which boats actually finished.
Plus, he's riding in between a swell.
