Can someone tell why a lot of NOR-TECH guys have a boat built. Run them for a few months & them sell them and build the same boat again.

I am asking this because you see a lot of 04 & 05 with low low hrs on them for sale

A man with a normal amount of money upgrades what he has when he can afford to. A man with more money than he knows what to do with upgrades to something new whenever he wants to. I notice this phenomena with a couple other big names builders also. I personally believe it is ego, sorta like how the rappers are always trying to outdo each other. Hey, I'd rather see the rich folks pissing their money away instead of hording all of it!

Hey keep the rappers out of this, if they get into boats, then all hell will break loose. "Pimp my Offshore" will be the new show.

I have a lot of customers with Intrepid fishing boats. Most are in excess of $250k.
There is a 3 year waiting list for new boats.
I have seen guys take delivery of a new boat, and throw down another 50k to get their name on another new one... :rolleyes:

Then they take their new boat back to their 2+m hous on the intracoastal..... :eek:

its all perspective...if you make 2mil a year......20% is 400k{new nortech}

if you make $200k a year....20% is 40k{i think i would buy a new one whenever i felt like it
