This is the view outside the house this morning

It is beautiful and ugly all at the same time

It is 12 degrees this morning and the only open water is the areas around the docks that we bubble to keep the ice from ruining the docks

I am so tired of this crap

The house is for sale and Florida is in the future
(Pompano Beach here we come )

Michigan is Gods country in the summer (all three days of it )

But it seems to be Gods Revenge in the winter

i am so sick of being cold

What ever happened to global warming ? I'm doing my part to bring it on by burning mass quantities of gasoline all summer. If I can't move to Miami, might as well move Miami up here.

Just think about how bad it would be to drive around up here in the winter if all the old people hung around! If we had weather like Florida and all this fresh water, Michigan would be completely overrun by people. Every time I start getting pissed about the winter weather I try to think about that.

Looks like a few more weeks, then we have to wait for all of the freakin Ice to melt, even if the weather warms up. It flows down the detroit river for a while from way up north. This sucks. My Shrink wrap is begging to come off.

Ditto boatme! This winter is sooooooooooo despressing. The lake has been frozen since January. It was 60 on Monday and 20 on Tuesday, it's been snowing everyday since this week and they're predicting snow everyday until next Wed/Thu.

We are 20-25 Deg below normal for this time of year. And to top it all off, I read this week that Cleveland is ranked 9th of the top 25 most depressing places to live. Like we don't already know that and have to be told!!!

We keep saying 2 years we'll be in Florida........don't know if we can honestly wait that long............
