As everyone else has said, the Lighthouse Marina is probably the best place to launch your boat from. The Lake Murray Marina also has a nice ramp (but, both of these are on the Irmo side of the dam). I also agree that Jan would be your best source for info on the Lexington side of the lake.
I hope you can make the poker run on April 30. We will also be hosting a "Meet & Great Party" at the Lighthouse Marina on Friday, April 29 from 6PM to 10 PM. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at [email protected].

You still gonna make the St. Pat's party at Five Points? Kenneth and I will be there until around 6 PM and then make our way back to Chapin for the Oyster Roast/Street Party.
We'll end the day at the Tipsy Toad with the rest of the gang.

Thanks to all for the welcome and I look forward to meeting you! I appreciate the invite to the "meet & greet" for the poker run and will try to make it (provided I'm not chasing the kids to soccer!). Should be a fun summer on the water with the lake back up......
