Doesnt seem like anything is salvagable. Boats only worth 60K in good shape.

There's no way that is a legit bid. That thing is not worth the $$$ it would take to tow it away and chop it up.

If it was really barnacles growing on that thing .... above the rub rail :eek: his 'salt water damage' is a lot more severe than photo's can show ....

It will cost three times the original value of the boat to get it sort of kind of almost right again.

That is a totalled boat.

I wouldn't take it for free. You would still get upside down on the restoration.

I tried to explain that to an insurance adjuster on a theft recovered fountain. The boat had bee stripped from the dash board back... no engine, wiring, drives, trim tabs,, anything... I told the guy it's value was about what the trailer was worth plus about 5 grand. Maybe 8 thousand for the entire package. He seemed to think the boat was worth about 60k and it would only cost about 12k to put it back together... hahahahahahahaha... yeah... right.
