It's not against the law. This was recently tested in court when a person with a "F@#K Bush sticker was arrested. The police department that made the arrest was sued and lost. The ruling was that the person's First Amendement rights were violated. :rolleyes:

Lots of things are argued in court....Was this the Supreme court? Just because some local yocal court rules something just means it can be appealed...On the same token you can also be sued for saying offensive and lewd comments....It can go both ways....If I go into court and say F@@@ to the judge whats gonna happen

Under what authority? In California there are penal code sections that prohibit threatening speach but not lewd speach. It also depends who you are talking to. If you were to direct lewd comments towards a child that would fall under a different section. You can legally walk up to a cop flip him off and say "F@#k You" and there is nothing he can do about it. Now a cop with a creative mind would find something to do to you, but the speach and hand gester are not illegal. :cool:

i'm not a prude or for any kind of censorship but i agree with too old....

i bet ultra will regret building that boat eventually... it won't bother jesse but that can't help ultra sales except with punks who don't have the money to build a boat like that anyway...
