my quick cleats are 4 seasons old and I can tell you, they will not break very easily. Fast, convenient, one hand operation.

I was thinking the same thing Brian, as for hte flying object

As loaning out fenders, NOPE not gonna happen. Actually that is one reason I thought about hte QC, is to say sorry cannot do it they are cut and set for only my boat
I have lost several fenders and ropes just like others

I always get mine back. Lost one once that came loose from a suction cup mount, and went down river before we noticed.

I just purchased 4 quick cleats for My Project.I intend to make holders for the quick cleats and mount them next to the bumper holders.I would think one would crack the deck of the boat before the 1/2" pin would fail.

it is open and you just run a hose to dump the water wherever you would like.. i set it up so it dumps under the tunnel of my boat for the front cleats and into the bilge for the rear ones.... i have seen more and more "factory" boats come with them. skater and OL to name a few..

i still don't find those mushrooms attractive...

put your pin in first and then throw the line.... i even order extra female ones for the lines and fenders to be clicked in when they are stowed..... no banging around..

don't loan out fenders, protect your own boat first...

NO mike, we have only had both boats at the same lake once and we were no where near each other.
Well except the time when you went FLYING throught the washing machine at LOTO leaving the Shootout.
You know, right before I went SWIMMING off the front of my boat at BWJ and Craig saved the day

hummmm NEVER thought about that
Well there goes ANTOHER 60 bucks for dump ports

By the time I am done with this I will be only able to afford two of them. Maybe I will just put two right at the helm and opposite side since I have NOTHING there to hang fenders from. Well the railing, but that is a pain
