It IS the water, not the dock causing the stain.
But the dock is trapping the water against the hull.
Unlike a hydrohoist, where the hull is mostly in air, the airdock fully cushions the hull. It has the same PSI on the hull that water has. But therefore the hull is touching the dock on alot of its surface. I'm hoping the waxing helps, becuase i feel the airdock is a great system and is good for the boat.
