I just ordered a set of the SS Competition for a Checkmate we are working on. I don't have them installed yet but they look really nice! I think the SS guys definetly have a place in the market. They are nice gauges for a nice price! If one feels they need the "serious bling" then one of the others might be an option.

Also, SS was very easy to deal with!

We need unbiased input since we are trying to make the best gauges at the best price.

Thanks Itllfly for the nice comments.

These are not knock offs, on the contrary, the plant that makes them has a customer list that reads like the who's who of the gauge "manufacturing" world. I have found that a lot of gauge "manufacturers" are simply names or they just stamp on a face plate, needle, glass, and ring. If they say they make gauges ask to see the plant.

Working on a GPS speedo and an outboard tach. No depth sounder yet though dyno...sorry.

Web site is ready to go, just trying beta testing the ordering system.
