I like to do most all myself, love to build motors and would like to learn more about drives. the tools are the biggest expence. You would laugh if you saw all the special tools I have made out of anything to get the job done.

I started out on this one, unable to do too much more than turn the key, and I just about phucked that up too, but in the last year, Ive learned every thing from pulling the engines and putting the long blocks back together, to buffing out some oxidation, Last year I woulda told you I was pissed at all the crap I had to do to this boat to get it done,, but now Im glad I had the perfect boat to learn some new money saving skills. Oh yea, and I did end up with alot more, 'hey my car is making a funny noise", type friends. ,,

I take care of maintenance and small problems however I am not much of an engine mechanic so I leave the bigger jobs to the pro's. Plus I fix stuff for a living, the last thing I want to do is break out my tools on my time off.

Should I give my boat back now?
