70 mph, 60 knots. But in the Pacific Ocean, its generally way too rough to do that, so most of the time, about 25, and when its rough, maybe 15!

So far 79 on a gaffrig performance gps speedo (non digital). 22 classic with a 496 ho and a 2" imco shorty with a 27p hydro QIV
Propping up next year to see what that does with a 3 blade turbo!!

1000 islandsdonzi you might not get on plane with a 3 blade I have a 2'' shortie too. going to a labbed 28 b1 from bbladdes my 26 spun up to 5800 or 5900 I only have a few pics at 5600 80.3gps 5800 , 5900 it was 83gps couldn't hold the camera steady :eek: does the QIV GIVE BOW LIFT OR STERN LIFT

The one you are referring to is the first Spectre 32 that Scot Conrad of SC Performance assembled. Scot is the new owner of Spectre Powerboats recently relocated from Tampa, FL to Calif.

Scot built his boat w/ Stellings Adj Ext Boxes, hull pick ups & strainers so his drives have been mounted much higher than mine.

I can get there but it's almost cost prohibitive. An option would be 3" shorty lowers.

Clocked at 74-75 GPS with about 4950 RPM's in a 30 Baja Outlaw with 496 mags and 28 pitch bravo 1's. That day I had a dinged up prop too.

Is the paint job the same? Rick did an awesome job on the Palm trees and other stuff. One of a kind boat. And Mike at Sterling was great and came thru when we needed him - along with Randy at MTI...
