How Does a 32' Skater Handle?

How does a 32' Skater handle 3-5's in (ocean chop)? How fast can you run comfortably in those conditions?

There is a totally updated 32 with triple 300x's for sale on screamandfly.com. Dont know your thoughts on O/B but the boat seems to have been very well cared for. I doubt I would want to be in real 5 footers. I am sure the boat could take it, just not sure how happy the passengers would be.
