Fred has certainly "raised the bar" on customer service.
I wore my Trick Marine tee shirt to the Sarasota PRA poker run two Saturday's ago (unfortunately the run was cancelled due to high winds and very heavy seas) and about eight maybe nine people commented on it. Thought that was pretty cool.
