Need a PWC stator re-wound,, anyone know where ??
Buddy has a sea-poo 951 w/ a fried stator,, new ones go for something like 300.00,,, looking for a place that can re-wind a pwc stator.. thanks Chris..

I would look for a used one or buy new. In all my years of two strokes (boats, snowmobiles) I have never heard of someone having that done.

They re-wind stators all the time for the 2-stroke baja bikes,, the ones that use mega watt aftermarket lights,, I can't see how a pwc 2-stroke stator would be that difficult to re-wind also..

Down here most shops that rebuild starters and alternators can do it.
Check with your local rebuilders.

CHeck with ARCO Marine (http://www.arcomarine.com/.
You can probably get one from them overnite and have by Monday. They supply everybody in the "world".
I used to live in Pensacola and know them well---outstanding place for starters, alternaors, trim pumps etc...
