South Florida Boat Painter

Hey guys, I'm looking for a boat painter in the South Florida area to spray the deck and cockpit of my 35' Mistress. Nothing fancy at all, just a nicely sprayed Stark White Awlgrip basecoat. I can even go so far as to drop the boat off sanded and prepped so all the painter would have to do is a final sanding and cleaning prime and shoot. I'll provide all of the necessary materials, so this would be a labor only job. The key word here is reasonably priced, so whatever you guys know, let me know! Thanks in advance!

DH, thanks for the lead - I'll give him a shout tommorow - by the way, I'm the guy that bought the SM Gen III exhaust from your buddy Kremeier . . . trying to get the damned boat together so I can run a few of the poker runs with you guys!

Thanks again,

Harry

So far Craig Barrie, Scott Smith and Brownie have all recommended George Piparo. I put a call into him and I am waiting to hear back. Does anyone have an idea what this should cost? Remember, its just a white spray job, no graphics, nothing fancy, and I'm prepping and supplying the paint.

If you are prepping and supplying the paint you have done all the work... why not just paint it yourself? ask the local expert about painting CUDA... BTW how is his paint job coming along?

You should paint it yourself, it is not hard on a small two part area like that....They are basically going to have to do everything anyway prep wise to insure against contamination..preprepped would be primed ,sanded and taped out base edges...then they just pull it in and shoot....Lots of work do not be fooled.
