Looking at this and a 31 Scarab Excel (1990)...Any thoughts other than the Pachanga is heavy? I think the Scarab actually weighs 1100 lbs more.....

I have seen a few Pachanga's and they didn't look like that so I thought it was an Envision.
The first Envisions came out in 93 and i have one at the shop.
