Internal flappers missing in exhaust tip question?

I noticed one of the internal flappers is missing in one of my exhaust tips. Are these replaceable?

They should be, I haven't seen an exhuast tip yet that didnt have removable flappers, ussualy you have to gring the end of the pin off and slide it out and then swedge the new one on but its not that big of a deal.

If you just send the entire tip to Gil in Ohio they will replace the flaps for you. Pretty reasonable in their pricing. The new flaps have a stronger material on the flapper seal and a very long guaranty.

Good luck,

Steve

Eddie Marine has weld-in replacement no-burn flappers. Not overly expensive.
