Found Archer Electronic Chime behind the dash, what is it?

Behind the dash 31ss sonic, I found a small "Archer Electronic Chime" round thing just hanging there, believe there are 3 very small wires attached to it, red, white, black, but wires not connected to anything, what is this thing for and where should it be wired into?

Part number on it is 273-071A
