Transducer question
 

do most of the transducers out there operate on the same basis 200 mhz? can you interchange between say a Garmin and a Standard Horizon transducer? Are there any electrical gurus out there that have done this? I have had a littel expirence in changing the plug interface ends and being bale to hook up alot of different components in a car with the corect plug. You can find almost any plug out of silicone valley.
