Harmonic balancer & pulley question

I need to change from a two groove crank pulley to a three groove. So in doing this yesterday, one of the corroded allen head bolts stripped out and I cant get a drill to where it is. Can I pull the harmonic balancer and pully at the same time with a gear puller? I would think I can but not sure. Thanks
Dave

usuualy you cant get the balance bolt through the pulley and in that case no you cant. But if the big blancer bolt does come out then no problem you just mau need to get some longer bolts for the puller to clear the pulley.

If you mean the hex socket in the capscrew stripped out, then just mow 'em off. Who cares, you're not using the pully over and then you can get the broken capscrew out when the balancer is on the bench.
