Can you tell us what goodies you have inside the engine. Heads, cam, compression ratio... :D

No doubt in my mind that you should crack 80mph with the right prop... :D
You may want to figure out a way to sit rather than standing at that speed... :eek:

Finally ready for the water test tonight.

Congrats! I bet you are going to need more than 26P. I'm turning a 28P to almost 5K with only 425HP.

Storm is shooting for 5700rpm... :eek:

That labbed 26 was a pc o'sh*te. It was labbed w/ a hammer.
Could barely get past 5100rpm. Probably need to run a 24P.

Hey Storm,
Test with stock props. It will give you much better info to work from. :cool:
Labbing a prop is for a specific application and they still don't always work... :rolleyes:

Yea pat, i know... i thought there was also going to be a 24 and 26 to test yesterday.

Rob, it started out being a 1989 markIV 454mag 365 w/ water damage.
It was in sad shape. Looks much better now.

Rough idea of cost per engine and how long it took? Any warranty?

I'm curious because I had two engine damaged by reversion and ended up giving them away. Wondering how bad a decision that was.
