Installing Lectrasan need some tech suggestions

I'm thinking about installing a lectrasan treatment system but manual say must be within 6 feet of head and below the level of oulet. Has anybody else thought about or installed one on an older Formula>

Even the Vacuflush has similar limitations--where the ehck to they put the pumps and vacum generator to meet specs?

My Lectra san is under the cabin step and fits perfectly. The hose is only 2-2.5 feet long from the head. It is a little bit of a pain with all the hoses and through hull there, but it works. I can get pics later this week if you need them.

I'd really appreciate the pictures. Finally a decent use for that space.

Is there any odor from the thing be being placed there?

Do you use yours with a vacuflush head--if not what kind do you have?

Thanks
