Removing ECM from computer...back to Whipple

Have to send the ECM back to Whipple. I want to make sure I know where its located and how to get it out.

Any info would be appreciated!

What engine do you have?
If it's a Merc 454 or 502MPI, it is inside a sheet metal box attach to the exhaust riser.

Some yrs do not use the sheet metal box.

Unsnap the 2 electrical connectors, remove 3 nuts. Ship it.
