Friend of mine just picked up a 99 454mag complete top to bottom minus ECU with supposedly less then 100 hours (no way to verify but inside motor looked perfect) anyway paid 1500 for it.

I paid $3000 for my 1999 with less than 50 hours on it 2 years ago.
I would say that running and complete, around $2000.
If you strip the accessaries then the base engine is worth about $1000.
It is a Gen VI roller motor so it does have some value.
Mine is now sitting in the conner of my basement as a spare. Worth more to me that way than the 1-2K I might get for it.

Ill take 10 of those 454mags for $1500/ must be a hot motor for that price!
