502MPI rev limit??
 

What is it set at?
Trying to determine if out of rpm or prop.
My V/C's say WOT is 4600-5000
Both of my tachs will only hit 4800.Seems low to me. Doesn't sound like it is hitting, just no more umph. 26" props.
All kinds of guesses from doing a search here. 5200 is the majority.
So what does Merc set the ECM at? Gotta be a number, a single, constant number across the board.

I seem to max out at 5150'ish ( although I haven't checked lately ).
Hydro QIV 26's. Spinnin out. Same setup as yours I believe.

I don't THINK that a 'better-looking' boat makes better RPM's, - but I might be wrong. . . .

Yep, same setup. Amazing thing is I'm going just as fast as you but doing it slower. Hmm
No, your not wrong. My last 27 used to spin 5700. It was better looking too.

My find some 19" er's and see if she will spin a bit faster.

welp, sure glad this was cleared up. :D

Hey roux, tried the fairing. Couldn't see thru it. Hit to many other boats trying to dock.
