CRT trim blows breakers.. help!

My Cig has the drive trim on the wheel,

Everytime I trim the drives it blows the breakers on both drives. WOrked on it saturday and can't figure it out. They will trim 1 notch on the indicator then pop the breakers.

If I use the dash trim switches it doesn't blow them.

HELP please?
