question 1. Just finishing new procharger motors was wondering about order of sea water coolers. On orginal motors just had fresh water, oil, and transmissions coolers. Now on new motors we have added air and gas coolers. Which order do you recommend to hit first, second, third, fouth, fifth then out.
question 2. was a little confused about new high volume fuel pumps. The installation directions show cooler on bypass (which is unused fuel going back through pumps). why wouldn't you want to cool all the fuel after the pump. why would you cool only bypass fuel before it went back through pump

As fuel is pressured up the temp of fuel increases. The cooler is to cool it back down before it goes thru the pump again.

Try to make the intercooler the first to get water. The cooler your air charge the more HP you will make but more inportant is the greater gap you will have to detonation which will have you taking motor back out & starting all over again. I do not have a transmission cooler but my order is air, fuel, oil, & then on to the motor.

Electrical, Do yourself a favor and run bypass back to the tank. Aeromotive does not like the "t" into the inlet of the pump. Lots of previous threads on why to do this. I did this on mine. I did not have a fitting on my tank so I cut a piece of pipe and put a fitting in it, then I cut the fuel fill line and inserted the pipe with the fitting in it into the line.

Lots of good reasons to feed the return to the tank. Unless you have 2 different tanks the engine feeds from. I was either put in a whole lot more plumbing or do it like procharger has. Have had it that way for 4 years now & no problem.
