engine hatch hydraulic motor??? help its stuck
 

my engine hatch hydraulic motor just clicks!! will not open. batteries are charged. can this motor be saved or is it shot??where is the best place to purchase another??

It may be made by Acculift which I believe has a website but has very limited info. I had a similar issue so I took mine apart.
the entire armature, spindle, gears and contacts were packed in grease. I cleaned all the grease out and re-attached. Worked faster, but not fast as I wanted.
Over the weekend, I met a guy that suggested running the motor on a relay vs. from the battery. His opened twice as fast as mine so I'm going to give that a whirl.
