(6.2 Merc) Fuel Pump not running - Help!

I have a 6.2 Merc w/a Pro-Charger installed on it through Advanced Technologies. The boat was running great and all of a sudden stopped. When the key is turned to the "on" position normally you hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds. It is not doing that. I checked the pump with a test light and there is no power. Cannot locate fuses or relays. Does anyone know what I should be checking or what to look for?? Any help would be much appreciated.

25amp fuse on the back of the engine. Just need to figure out why it went out now.
