I am using the Mobil 1 M-302 filter. So far, so good.

Since replacing the original 7.4L with a 502 I have had oil temp issues. I started with the original oil cooler and found out right away it was WAY too small for the 502. I went to a 2 X 12 oil cooler with a separate PS cooler. Better, but not good enough. Last year I went to a 3 X 12 oil cooler and replumbed everything with 10AN hose and fewer sharp turns. That worked much better but, still not as good as I was looking for. Now, with the change to V-Twin, I am a happy guy. Thanks , Hydro.

His oil... Kendall 40wt.
Reversion will get you every time..
