question about motor size for a baja Scat Cat

Hi, Does anyone know what size motor works well on a Baja Scat Cat? I have a 25 HP but it is very slow to plain etc and I wanted to put a large motor on it. Does anyone have a scat cat and or know what works best on it?

We run a 35 on a copy that active thunder built. It runs just over 30 mph which is fine for a 12 year old to tool around in. Getting on plane was drastically improved by bolting on a whale tail.
