Looking for advice
 

I need help purchasing a new ride. I have had my share of hydrstreams, STV's, & just sold my Allison. I'm looking to go a lil bigger. I wanted a cat somwhere between 25-30, or maybe a v-bottom up to 35-38. I basically am not sure what the h*ll I want. My father just purchased a new 353 fastech w/ 496's. I had been wanting a cat forever but after riding w/ him it has made me stop & think. I basically want some input from you guys w/ experience. Like w/ cats whats the diff between spectr & skater(my dream boat). How is insurance on the larger boats? I wanna get something used & try to keep it under 100K. Thanks for any advice you can give.

I have read that Cats and step hull boats are getting slammed by some insurance companies.

Cat insurance sucks. I just got my renewal. Call around for insurance before buying one.
