repower with 8.2L 502cid/502hp

hi i have 2 7.4l 330hp mercruisers and i want to repower with 8.2L 502cid/502hp long blocks, can i just swap the intake manifold, exhaust, carb and all the remaining stuff and get a complete engine ready to run, or do i need to buy and cahnge parts which wont fit from the 7.4l engines? can anyone advise what needs to be swaped and what needs to be changed.

Interested in rebuilding your 454's and getting 650-750 hp from them and avoiding the agrevation of the swap? Let me know if interested.
