water leak in EMI Thunder headers?

I checked my plugs this weekend after I picked up a slight miss while loading the boat. I found that #5 had a little moisture on the plug. It was not washed down, and aside from a very small amount of water on it, looked the same as the other plugs. I did foul a plug on this same cylinder a few weeks back. I checked the oil & there was no water in it, so I am confident that the head gasket is not the source. I have been told that this could be a leak in the header. If this is the case, will it hurt to run the boat with the small leak? It appears that the water runs back after the motor is shut down. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

I hooked the hose up and ran the motor again this afternoon, then rechecked the plugs. No water in any of them this time. I guess it was just a fluke or possibly condensation.
