Trailer Weight
 
Can anyone give me a ball park weight on a steel, 3 axle trailer?

I have a manning triaxle steel tube for a 31' and though I've never weighed it, I'm guessing 3,000 lbs. I know the same in aluminum is about 1/2 ish that number..... This thing is HEAVY compared to my last aluminum...

Triple axle Eagle for a 382 Formula with dual spare tires is 3080# on the nose, official state certified scales.

Between 3000 and 3500. My Heritage triple axle /triple disc with 16" E rated tires is 3600.

3000 for an Eagle trailer for 311 Formula

Thanks everyone. I guess the F-250 will be the choice!

7K boat + 3K trailer + 1K stuff (gas, oil, noodles) = a grunch! No wonder the old F-150 groaned..........
