Dock with nylon encapsulated pilings

I need to build a new dock an a friend suggested using nylon encapsulated pilingsa and tek wood for the deck area.

Does anyone know where I can buy these pilings?
I'm in Florida.

Try in the main board. I have never heard of nylon encapsulated pilings.
