95 Fountain 32 Fever dash panel wire diagram

I am installing a new GPS speedo, replacing the old stock water filled mechanical speedo. Does anybody know what wires are the easiest to connect the power lead, lighting lead, and the ground lead to. I think the Lt. blue is for the lighting, but were is the best source for power and ground.

ok power use purple that is power from ign switch for ground use blk both should be running in paralel from gauge to gauge
