where is the Orofis valve in hydraulic steering?

I have read about drilling out a valve to make hydraulic steering work properly but do not know where this valve is and how much bigger does the hole need to be?

It's in the fitting that holds the high pressure line on the back of the power steering pump (banjo type fitting). They should have sent you instructions on how to do that to increase flow.

Just curious, why does this need to be done. I did not do it and my steering works fine.

Just don't accidently plug the little hole on the side of the fitting. If you do... no power steering! Ask me how I know that..
