B&M 250 Intake/Blower question
 

Have a B&M 250 blower sitting on the B&M intake. I get a very slight amount of fuel escaping between the blower and the intake on the rear corner. Removed the blower and the rubber O-Ring on the intake looks to be in good shape. Can I just add a small amount of sealant to this area? What sealant should be used?

Check with the guys at The Blower Shop www.theblowershop.com 661-299-5483 they repair a ton of these.

Silicone seal doesn't work well in contact with gasoline. I've always used Permatex no.2 but not in contact with an o-ring. Good luck.

You may want to mic that O-ring. It may need to be replaced, or you could go up to the next diameter for a better seal. I also had one of these blower/manifold combinations, and mine came from Holley with the o-ring and a gasket. I elected to stick with the o-ring, and did not use the gasket in conjunction, because I thought it might screw up the blower to manifold clearance for the o-ring. But there is a gasket available, and that may work better in your application, or you might try both.
