Default DeskTop Dyno users - how to model stock manifold exhaust

What selection is eveyone using on DeskTop Dyno to model the stock Merc manifold thru hull exhaust? I've heard both HP Manifolds and Mufflers and Small Headers with Mufflers.

What do you use?
