Has anyone used this? Looks like the same concept only plastic.
I do like the idea of the Y adapter for winterizing though - nice job US1

Those FRIGGIN plastic plugs. Jeeeeeezus. Two down, so far. Two to go. . . .

I have the ( basically useless in SoCal ) engine compartment heater setup, that even further limits my access to the plumbing. . . .

Did you have a Big Head before you started working in the engine compartment of your 32'er ? ? ? . . . . or is that the result of standing on your head to work on it . . . .
Oh, I forgot. . . there is much more room on the 6.2's . . .

Thanks

I see a couple of conscerns that I don't care for.
A) it is plastic. And not a single piece either, but at least 3 pieces fused together.
B) when you apply fresh water to it, it closes off the drive side of the valve,= no drive back flushing. Not good if your plan is for flushing out salt water. You do not need any type of valve to stop the reverse flow out the drive (as what I have). The suction of a running motor will suck the water in the right direction as soon as it is started.
C) restriction during normal use??
D) It's not US1'inized. :evilb:

You don't think the 1st weekend I had it in the water I wasn't keeping an eye on the bilge pumps? :) Actually, I get no water in the bilge, even with 5 people sitting on the hatch.
