Barry Grant HELP
 Does anyone have a easier way of getting in contact with them. Been trying all week and still no answer or response.
I have a bad fuel pump that didnt even last 15 min and need to get it taken care of. |
Re: Barry Grant HELP
Post it in the Atlanta power boats section. There is a guy on that page that works for BG.

Re: Barry Grant HELP
The SEMA show is going on in Vegas. I am sure Doug (RumRunner) and most of BG's tech people are out there so I would expect a long delay this week and the first of next before they get back to you. I will say this they are good about taking care of product issues quickly.

Re: Barry Grant HELP
I talked to those guys at SEMA. I think the whole crew is there. They'll be back in on Monday.

Re: Barry Grant HELP
Still no call back or word from BG any one with a connection that could get some help would be appreciated
|
Re: Barry Grant HELP
Most likely RumRunner is at the boat show or somewhere near it !! Give him a few more days.

Re: Barry Grant HELP
Superwrench,
We apologize for the problems getting through, not sure where you left a message, but we don't have any from you. Stan sent me an e-mail while I was out in Vegas, but I missed this post. If you'll send the pump directly back to us with a copy of your receipt, return address, and daytime phone number we can get it taken care of. Barry Grant, Inc. 1450 McDonald Rd. Dahlonega, GA 30533. |
Re: Barry Grant HELP
