Docking?
 

How do most dock? Pull in nose first and swing in rear, or back in . Also do you steer or use just sticks?

Just curious, where I boat the dock is always full and almost imposible , I have a 32 fountain twin scews spinning in. I just don't feel like the boat has alot of control at idle around the dock, slow response with sticks alone.

back in. just the sticks. take your time. tabs up. i always need a little practice at the beginning of the season :rolleyes:

I've got stagered engines, so my drives are 18" apart. I get less effect from using the sticks than a side by side would. If there is any current, forget it. I've got to rely on the steering wheel. I usually dock bow first and have to use a combination of sticks and wheel.
