Offshoreonly.com - 1998 5.7 efi

Hi, Long time since I have been here.

Im looking at a boat with twin 5.7s, its a cruiser :eek:

My current boat is a 1999 with the 7.4mpi and the engine has been no problem at all. I am wondering if the efi in the 1998 5.7 has been a solid engine, or has there been any major common problems with that engine. I know there are no guarantees with an older boat purchase, but I dont want eliminate a potental obvious risk.

We are not getting rid of the Baja, looking to be a 2 boat owner for different needs.
