history question-Mc Donald’s boat

I was hoping that some one could come up with some history about the old Mc Donald’s boat. It was a 36’- 38’ cat hull that raced offshore. I think my friend bought it. Its maroon hull with yellow accents and any old pix of it would be appreciated.
